Honestly, I believe this is my first time actually featuring a book blogger who is also an author, which is really exciting in my opinion. It’s also the first time I’ve heard the term “raging introvert,” and though I’m not quite sure what to picture for that, I have to say that I quite like it. And then, of course, there’s the name. TJ Fox @ TJ Fox has the last name I’ve dreamed of having ever since my Kindergarten teacher taught me that Fox was a last name. So, while I’m still kind of excited about that, I’d also like to let you know that TJ is self-published as well, so definitely check out her book if you’re curious or think you might be interested.
Now this is the part where I shamefully admit that the main reason I chose to feature Dark Arts and a Daiquiri (man, I hope those potion looking things aren’t the daiquiri) by Annette Marie is because I loved the cover from the very first moment that I saw it. It’s the second book in a series, one that TJ seemed to enjoy (it’s a four star read for her, which is promising). I’d probably have never found this book or this series were it not for TJ as it’s not really my typical genre, but you can bet it’s been added to my TBR now.
“…I loved getting to learn more about the magical world in this series. It has a few typical things for this genre, but it also steps outside of the typical in many other ways, which was exciting…”
You know what’s next, I’m sure. It’s time to drop by TJ’s blog to check it out! From what I can tell, she reads a lot of romance and so if that’s something you enjoy, I guarantee she’ll have a few suggestions for you. And besides, we all want to be supportive of our fellow book bloggers.
And then, if you’re feeling like you’d wanna be featured sometime on Reader Fox, drop by the Sign Ups page and leave your info! I feature a new person every Saturday!
