It’s a children’s book request day, since both of these fit into that category. I have to admit, I’m rather bemused by the Scent Costume Party idea, whereas moles–who are unable to see–have a costume party where they wear the scents of other animals to “dress up” and a weasel tries to sneak in, pretending to be “costumed” as a weasel. It sounds hilarious. There’s Room for Everyone is a bit more serious, of course, as a child growing up wonders at the lack of compassion within the world. I wonder, too, kid. I wonder, too.

Children are often more compassionate.

Do either of these NetGalley books tempt you to request? Let me know in the comments!
